The Annual Enrollment Period for 2019 Medicare eligible customers will begin on October 15<sup>th, <\/sup>2018 and last until December 7<sup>th<\/sup>. Medicare eligible customers are typically over the age of 65, or under 65 with certain disabilities.<\/p>\n<p>During the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period, Medicare beneficiaries who have already enrolled in Parts A and B of Medicare will have the opportunity to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nchealthplans.com\/apply\/?product=Medicare%20Supplement\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">APPLY FOR A NEW MEDICARE PLAN<\/a> or make changes to their current Medicare plan for coverage to begin January 1<sup>st<\/sup>, 2019. Some actions Medicare beneficiaries can take during this time include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Join a Medicare Advantage (Part C) Plan<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Change from one Medicare Advantage plan to another<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Change your Prescription Drug Coverage (Part D) plan if you are in Original Medicare<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Change from a Medicare Advantage plan to Original Medicare<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The deadline for the Medicare Annual Enrollment is December 7<sup>th<\/sup>, 2018.\u00a0 <strong>To generate your\u00a0 Medicare Supplement Rate Quote <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nchealthplans.com\/apply\/?product=Medicare%20Supplement\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CLICK HERE<\/a> to get started.<\/strong>\u00a0 If you are to miss this deadline, you may be eligible for a Special Enrollment Period or a separate Open Enrollment Period.
