The first 30 employees would be excluded from this assessment.<\/p>\n<p>Employers with 50 or more employees that do provide coverage, but have at least one full-time employee who receives a federal tax credit to purchase health insurance on his own through an Exchange, will be assessed a penalty that will be the lesser of $3,000 per employee receiving a premium tax credit or $2,000 for each full-time employee, excluding the first 30 employees.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Large businesses \u2013 those with more than 200 full-time employees \u2013 that offer health insurance will have to automatically enroll workers into a<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nchealthplans.com\" target=\"_blank\"> health plan<\/a>.
